Agency Guidelines
We prefer to recruit direct wherever possible and, as you can appreciate,
receive many calls regarding potential candidates from Recruitment Agencies.
We work with a select number of chosen agencies with whom we have long-standing
relationships. However, should you have a candidate who you feel is an excellent
fit for one of our roles we do require the following criteria to have been met
before we consider their application:
- The candidate meets every requirement within the job description.
- As a representative of your agency you have met and interviewed the candidate personally
- You have taken up references, and undertaken basic numeracy, literacy and PC based skill
tests where applicable.
- Your candidate writes and applies for the role in the same manner as a direct
applicant (we will not consider applications from agencies with whom we currently
do not have a relationship, on behalf of the candidate).
- You use our recruitment guidance notes when promoting us.
- You agree to our terms and conditions (this includes our recruitment guidance
notes and literature) which we can send to you once we receive your candidate's application.
You should then send your candidate's application and cover letter to
hr@cattlesif.co.uk.
We also ask that you do not advertise on our behalf with our company logo. Unfortunately we
cannot accept CVs for permanent roles from people who are here on a short working visa.
If you send us any CVs in that do not fulfil all of the above, we are not able to
consider the application.
